Water
This one is going to be short and unsweetened.
As of last week I have cut out my soda and sugary drinks consumption and turned into a water only. I think I had only 1 can of coke but that was before my day1 so I can scratch it off. Point being, next time they offer me a ‘combo meal’ I am going to say NO and drink my water.
Recommended water intake is 6-8 of 12oz cups per day.
- 12oz water hours prior to exercise.
- 8-12 oz water 15-30 min. prior to exercise.
- 4-8oz every 15min. during the exercise.
…and with my Water bottle ready I start the DAY 1!
